Bill Milam 

The key staff consultant is Bill Milam.  Bill has worked for 20 years in Enhanced 9-1-1 software design, development and implementation.  A number of projects that he has worked on have pioneered new technologies in the Enhanced 9-1-1 arena.  

Bill has the technical and non-technical skills required to develop excellent project results.  Bill has experience in a variety of different knowledge areas, including planning, coordination, presentations, written and oral communications.  He has worked in a wide variety of hardware and software environments.

Bill holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Georgia State University, with a major in Business Management.  He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from St. Mary's University of San Antonio, Texas, with a major in Finance.
